Yes, it’s happened intermittently since I was a teenager- it’s just that the experience in the car was the most powerful to date, at that time. I truly believe we all receive information and then it is a developed skill to discern it and be more readily available to receive more of it. We may start out with different levels of “talent,” or proclivity, but with time, focus, and intention we can all become better receivers. I had a few experiences when I sat down to write the book as I did in the car that day. Even though it took me ten years after that car ride to build up the courage to write the book, when I finally did it was like the voice was there waiting and more information poured through with the same intensity as if not an hour had passed. All of the messages from the voice in the last chapter (20) were written in real time as I was finishing the book.
